Chicken Rumaki with Thai Chili Sauce

Perfectly paired with Burgdorf’s 2011 Chancellor or 2011 Traminette


Rumaki is a smoked chicken wrapped in bacon with a sweet chili glaze. 400 pieces chicken (marinated in your favorite Asian marinade)
2 Bottles Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
Chives for garnish

Bacon to wrap chicken


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap marinated chicken with a piece of bacon and fill the bottom of a greased pan. Bake chicken for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees and bacon is crispy. Drizzle sweet thai chili sauce over chicken and sprinkle chives as garnish. Enjoy with fine cheese and Burgdorf wine.
